• 3D MEASURING MACHINES

    Our air-guided 3D measuring machine ensures that we can satisfy every measuring task, from the initial sampling through to monitoring and documentation for series production. This even includes components with extremely complex shapes and dimensions up to 2000 mm.

  • LAYER THICKNESS MEASUREMENT

    We measure the layer thickness of varnishes or coatings between 0–1000 µm (for aluminium) or between 0–3000 µm (for steel).

  • DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE TEST

    Our system lets us check components for leaks in the shortest possible time.

  • ROUGHNESS DEPTH MEASUREMENT

    Our special equipment allows us to determine precise values on the surface structure of the machined materials.

  • METALLURGICAL ANALYSIS

    Our laboratory measures the precise chemical composition of melts and determines the metallurgical qualities of the molten material before pouring. We document the chemical and mechanical properties in test certificates for you.

  • RADIOGRAPHIC TEST

    This test method allows material defects, such as incipient cracks or foreign particles in the workpiece, to be detected at an early stage. Another major benefit is that the process is non-destructive. Workpieces that pass the test can instantly undergo further machining. Our X-ray equipment is operated by certified personnel.

  • ENDOSCOPY

    An endoscope is a device that allows us to examine the insides of technical cavities. This process is not bound to certain component sizes.

  • TENSILE TEST

    We offer this standardised process to determine tensile strengths and other material properties. This destructive test process stretches samples with small cross-sectional surfaces up to their breaking point. Depending on the customer requirement, the test can be performed directly on the part, or a tension rod, on which the test is performed, can be cast separately.

  • CRACK TEST

    This standardised, non-destructive liquid penetrant test detects defects close to the surface, such as pores, cracks, lack of fusion, overlaps or folds. An ideal test method for complex materials with uneven symmetries. This test is exclusively performed by certified personnel.
